Howard Loo, attorney at law and founder of SwayLaw LLC, is available for hire as a litigation consultant.

Howard specializes in giving attorneys and law firms a decisive advantage during the discovery phase of litigation.

Howard received his J.D. from UC Berkeley, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Patent Law, Introduction to Law and Economics, and the Law and Economics Workshop. He was awarded the Prosser Prize in the seminar on Contract Law and Theory and the seminar on Law, Economics, and Psychology. He served as a research assistant for Professor Melvin Eisenberg. In November 2003, he was awarded the 2002-2003 Garvin Prize in Law and Economics for best student comments in the Berkeley Law and Economics Workshop.

Howard received a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Stanford University, where he was elected twice to serve on the student senate and was appointed to serve on a number university committees, including the committee that drafted the Stanford Student Judicial Charter of 1997. He served as a resident assistant for the dorm of Trancos for two years.
